Founded in October 2025, PT. Tirta Bahtera Sejahtera (TBS) is a
manufacturer of Elastic Tape and Webbing Tape, Drawcord as well
as Thread, based in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. We produce
precise, reliable textile components for both domestic and
international markets.

In our first year, TBS has built a strong foundation: a
dedicated team, well-controlled production processes,
and close relationships with customers across many

We manufacture Knitted Elastic/Tape, Webbing Elastic/Tape, Jacquard Elastic/Tape, Braided Elastic/Cord, Smocking Thread, and Sewing Thread.
All of our products are custom-made to meet your specific requirements. This means that each product is developed and manufactured according to your needs, including the level of elasticity, thickness, color, pattern, and even your logo, which can be woven directly into the material to create a truly customized product exclusively for you.

Trim Supplier Qualification Program. TBS is a qualified trim supplier. This means our product quality, production capability, and compliance meet the supplier requirements of the apparel industry and global brands.
OEKO-TEX
Class 1 (Baby Articles) - Annex 6. Our materials are tested for harmful substances against strict limits set for global brands. Safe for skin and responsible toward the environment.
GRS
Global Recycled Standard. We can produce certified, traceable recycled elastics for brands that care about sustainability.
